We started as a program specifically for West Michigan, but now our program participants are statewide. We currently do not have partner agents outside the state of Michigan.

Other discount programs are for profit companies. They ultimately charge your or the participating real estate agent a fee to take part in the program. We are not a business at all. There is no exchange of value when signing up for this program. It was started by a group of REALTORS in West Michigan as a way to get closer to, serve, and thank the heroes that serve our communities.

It is free. Unlike other programs like Homes for Heroes, this is a free program. You need only to honor the discounts provided by the discount program to remain in good standing and continue to receive leads.

You need to be an agent in good standing. You must have at least 3 years of experience. You must sell a minimum of 15 houses a year for the past 3 years. If you do not meet these requirements, then you may qualify if you are on a team and your team leader meets the requirements.

Unfortunately the program only extends to those actively serving in those careers at this time.

If your spouse made the ultimate sacrifice and was killed while serving in their designated capacity, we want to help you move for free. No admin fees, no commission.
